Hourly, Year-Round, Full-Time Employees:
Vacations
One week paid vacation (40 hours) at your regular hourly rate starting January 1 after you have worked ONE FULL year (no prorating). Example: if your start date is between January 2008 and December 2008, you will be eligible for 1 week paid vacation on January 1, 2010. Vacations must be taken between November 15th and May 15th
Two weeks paid vacation (80 hours) at your regular hourly rate starting January 1 after you have worked THREE FULL years (no prorating). Example: if your start date is between January 2008 and December 2008, you will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation starting January 1, 2012.
One week only may be taken between May 16th and November 14th after five full years of employment.
Vacation & holiday pay are not included in your total hours worked for that week.Vacations are not cumulative from year to year. If you take a vacation at the beginning of the year and your employment is terminated, the vacation days will be prorated according to the number of months worked for the year. Any overage amount will be deducted from your final check.
There will be no cash payments in lieu of vacations.
Paid Holidays - New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Total of (6) paid holidays after THREE FULL years of employment. Example: if your start date is between January 2008 and December 2008, you will be eligible for holiday pay starting January 1, 2012.
Health Insurance - Available after an employee has worked SIX FULL months

Vacations are not cumulative from year to year. Vacations cannot be taken 2 weeks at a time. Only one foreman may be gone during any give week in the summer season.
