Native Excavating - Casey's Pond

In anticipation of the Pearl Senior Center project set to begin construction in the summer of 2011, Native Excavating was hired to build an access road and the necessary water, sewer, and storm line improvements for the upcoming buildings. The water and sewer line tie-in's were particularly challenging as they required a multiple-day closure of the always busy Walton Creek Road. In addition to the water and sewer line improvements, three 60-inch corrugated metal pipes were installed with headwalls to divert Burgess Creek underneath the new access road. The connector road between the Wildhorse Meadows project and Walton Creek road was paved late in the fall of 2010, and we look forward to continuing this project as the 2011 summer season progresses.
